1. 収集する情報

マジ漢字は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真など、個人を特定できる情報を取得することはありません。アカウント登録もログインも不要です。

学習の進みぐあいを把握するため、次の情報だけをサーバー（Google が提供する Cloud Firestore）に保存します。

• 匿名の利用者ID … 初回起動時に Firebase Authentication の匿名認証で自動的に発行されるランダムな文字列です。氏名・メールアドレス・端末の識別子とは結び付いておらず、この ID から個人を特定することはできません。アプリを削除すると失われ、再インストール時には別の ID が発行されます。
• 学習の記録 … ステージのクリア状況（星の数・回数）、まちがえた回数、「要チェック」に付けたしおり、選んでいる遊び方（読み／書き）・入力のしかた・回答時間の設定、アプリのバージョン、最終更新日時。
• 問題の不備・ご要望の報告 … アプリ内の「問題の不備を報告する」から送信された場合に限り、対象の問題、報告の種類、ご記入いただいた詳細、アプリのバージョン、送信日時を保存します。匿名の利用者IDとは結び付けません。詳細の欄には、お名前や連絡先などの個人情報を書かないでください。

2. 学習の記録について

学習の記録はまずお使いの端末の中に保存され、通信できるときにその写しがサーバーへ送られます。サーバーに保存された記録は、上記の匿名の利用者IDに紐づけて管理され、本人以外は読み書きできないようアクセス制御しています。

この記録は、どの段階まで学習が進んでいるかを把握し、出題の内容や難しさの改善に役立てる目的でのみ利用します。個人を特定する目的や、広告・マーケティングの目的には利用しません。

端末内の記録はアプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。アプリ内の設定から消すこともできます。サーバー側の記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までお知らせください（匿名の利用者IDが分からない場合、該当する記録を特定できないことがあります）。

3. アプリが行う通信

マジ漢字は、問題データをすべてアプリに内蔵しているため、通信なしで最後まで遊べます。通信を行うのは次の 3 つだけです。

• 最低動作バージョンの確認 … 起動時に、Cloud Firestore から「動作に必要な最低バージョン」「お知らせの文面」「App Store のURL」を読み取ります。読み取りのみで、端末や利用者を識別する情報は送信しません。取得できなかった場合もアプリはそのまま利用できます。
• 学習の記録の保存 … 学習の記録が更新されたときに、上記の内容を Cloud Firestore へ送信します。送信できなかった場合は端末に残し、次に通信できるときに送り直します。送信できなくてもアプリはそのまま利用できます。
• 問題の不備・ご要望の報告 … 報告の画面で「送信する」を押したときだけ、上記の内容を Cloud Firestore へ送信します。送った報告はアプリからは読み出せず、開発者だけが確認し、問題の修正とアプリの改善にのみ利用します。

これらの通信に伴い、通信の相手先である Google のサーバーに IP アドレスなどの一般的な通信記録が残る場合があります。Google のプライバシーに関する説明は https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy をご覧ください。

4. 利用しないもの

• アクセス解析・行動分析のツールは組み込んでいません
• 広告は表示せず、広告配信の仕組みも組み込んでいません
• 他のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングは行いません
• アプリ内課金は買い切り 1 つだけで、定期購入はありません。決済は App Store / Google Play が行い、本アプリが支払い情報を受け取ることはありません

5. 第三者への提供

学習の記録は、サーバーの提供元である Google（Firebase）に保管を委託するほかは、第三者へ提供しません。

6. お子さまのプライバシー

本アプリは小学生のお子さまにもお使いいただくことを想定していますが、年齢にかかわらず、個人情報は収集しません。 サーバーに保存するのは匿名の利用者IDと学習の記録だけです。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、更新日を書き換えます。収集する情報の扱いに関わる重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

1. Information We Collect

Maji Kanji does not collect any personal information. We do not obtain your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or photos. No account or sign-in is required.

To understand how far learners have progressed, only the following is stored on our server (Google Cloud Firestore):

• An anonymous user ID — a random string issued automatically by Firebase Authentication anonymous sign-in on first launch. It is not tied to your name, email, or device identifiers and cannot identify you. It is lost when the app is deleted, and a new ID is issued on reinstall.
• Learning records — stage progress (stars and play counts), mistake counts, bookmarked words, the selected play mode (read/write), input method and answer-time setting, the app version, and the last update time.
• Question and feedback reports — only when you send one from the in-app report screen: the question concerned, the report type, the details you write, the app version, and the time sent. Reports are not linked to the anonymous user ID. Please do not include your name or contact details in the report.

2. Your Learning Records

Learning records are stored on your device first, and a copy is sent to the server when a connection is available. Records on the server are keyed by the anonymous user ID above and are access-controlled so that no one but that user can read or write them.

We use these records only to understand how far learners progress and to improve the questions and difficulty. They are never used to identify individuals or for advertising or marketing.

Records on the device are deleted when you uninstall the app, and can also be cleared from within the app. To have your server-side records deleted, contact us below (if the anonymous user ID is unknown, we may be unable to locate the records).

3. Network Communication

All questions are bundled inside the app, so it works fully offline. The app makes exactly three kinds of network requests:

• Minimum version check — at launch, the app reads the minimum supported version, a notice message, and an App Store URL from Cloud Firestore. This is read-only; no device or user identifying information is sent. If the request fails, the app remains fully usable.
• Saving learning records — when your records change, the data described above is sent to Cloud Firestore. If sending fails, the data stays on the device and is retried later. The app remains fully usable either way.
• Sending a report — only when you tap “Send” on the report screen, the report described above is sent to Cloud Firestore. Reports cannot be read back from the app; only the developer reviews them, solely to fix questions and improve the app.

As with any network request, general connection logs such as IP addresses may be retained by Google, the service provider. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. What We Do Not Use

• No analytics or behavior-tracking SDKs
• No advertising, and no ad SDKs
• No cross-app or cross-site tracking
• No in-app purchases

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Learning records are hosted by Google (Firebase) as our service provider and are not shared with any other third party.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for use by elementary school children among others. Regardless of age, we collect no personal information. Only the anonymous user ID and learning records are stored on the server.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its revision date. Material changes affecting how information is handled will also be announced in the app.
